I'm Rajesh Kumar, Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Antino — a technology company that partners with startups and enterprises on application development, web engineering, UI/UX, and technology consulting. Since 2019, we've grown Antino from an idea into a team of hundreds, delivering products for clients across the globe.

My path here wasn't a straight line. I studied Mining Engineering at IIT Kharagpur, interning with Tata Steel, Hindustan Copper, and Coal India along the way. After graduating, I spent two years in consulting at Cubastion before taking the leap into entrepreneurship. That mix — engineering rigour, operational thinking from heavy industry, and client-facing consulting — shapes how I run operations and build teams today.

This site is mostly a home for my writing. I share what I'm learning about scaling a services business, leadership, operations, and the everyday realities of building a company in India's tech ecosystem.
